Empower Future Leaders: Your experience and guidance can help shape the careers of ambitious individuals and contribute to their success in traditionally male-dominated fields.

To become a mentor, we seek individuals who:

Have Relevant Experience: Possess substantial experience and expertise in fields such as technology, media, politics, or related industries.

Share Our Values: Are dedicated to supporting Black women, girls, and POC, and are committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Are Passionate and Approachable: Demonstrate a genuine interest in mentoring, are willing to offer constructive feedback, and can provide support and encouragement to mentees.

Complete the Application Form: Fill out the mentor application form below. Provide details about your professional background, areas of expertise, and why you want to become a mentor.

Submit Your Resume: Upload your resume or CV to help us understand your qualifications and experiences.

Participate in a Call: We may schedule a brief Call to discuss your Mentorship, ensure a good fit, and answer any questions you may have about the program.

Get Matched with Mentees: Once approved, we will match you with mentees based on their career goals, interests, and your areas of expertise in the next Co-hort cycle for March 2027.

Mentoring Sessions: Engage in regular one-on-one meetings with your mentee to provide guidance, share insights, and offer support.

Workshops and Training: Participate in program events and workshops designed to enhance your mentoring skills and stay informed about the program’s progress.

Ongoing Support: Receive support from our program team and access resources to help you and your mentee succeed.
