The "Yes She Can" Mentoring Program is designed to support Black women, girls, and people of color (POC) in pursuing careers in traditionally male-dominated fields such as technology, media, and politics. Our program pairs participants with experienced mentors who share similar backgrounds and aims to provide professional guidance, networking opportunities, and a supportive community.
2. Who can apply for the mentoring program?
The program is open to Black women, girls, and POC who are interested in careers in technology, media, and politics. Whether you are a student, recent graduate, or early-career professional, you are welcome to apply.
3. Is there a cost to participate in the program?
Participation in the core mentoring program is completely free of charge. We believe in making this opportunity accessible to all eligible participants. However, if you wish to access additional services such as CV checks, interview coaching, or lifetime access to our job portal, there will be a small fee associated with these premium options.
4. What additional services are available, and how much do they cost?

5. How do I apply for the program?

Mentors are selected based on their expertise in the relevant fields and their commitment to supporting Black women, girls, and POC. We match mentors with participants based on shared interests, career goals, and personal backgrounds to ensure a meaningful and supportive mentoring relationship.
8. Can I be a mentor as well?
Yes, we are always looking for experienced professionals who are interested in becoming mentors. If you have relevant experience and a passion for supporting the next generation of leaders, we encourage you to apply to become a mentor through our website.

10. When does the mentoring program start?
