Founded in 1997 the African Cultural Foundation (formerlly African Cultural Promotion) are a leading advocacy organization working to create more educational, political and particiaptory opportunities for Africans in the Diaspora and in Africa.
Mission
The African Cultural Foundation promotes African Cultural Heritage one project at a time, thereby improving access to participation and education for people of African decend in the Diaspora and Africa.

To implement sustainable programs and projects that improve access to particiation and education for people of african decent in the diaspora and africa and to promote and preserve african cultural heritage.
Values

Through strategic work with key stakeholders in Austria and African countries African Cultural Foundation workes towards a change in the percetions of African Culture in Austria and promotes access to educational opportunities for the African Diaspora community in Austria and Europe. The African Cultural Foundation works very closely with local and national Diaspora NGOs and networks as well as civil society organizations.
We are passionate about enhancing the lives of Africans in the Diaspora and promoting African Cultural Heritage with a 25 year track record of leading and supporting successful initiatives and campaigns.
In Austria we organize cultural exchange festivals to preserve and promote african culture.

In Westafrica we work to increase youth and women`s labour participation.

In addition to our work to increase economic particiaption of youths and women in West Africa we work towards increasing the political particiption of diaspora youth in Austria.
We are making incredible progress towards enhanced participation for women and youth of African decend and hope to do much more in the future.
